Recent Acquistions - Circulation
Staff members who have borrowing privileges may request
recent acquisitions by inserting a blue reserve flag into the item and
indicating the borrower's name on the flag. The requested item(s) will
be delivered when taken off display. If there are multiple reserves on
one item, each requestor will be given the book for a two-week period.
At the end of the two-week loan period, a circulation staff member will
retrieve the book from the person to whom it is signed out and deliver
it to the next person in the reserve queue. With rare exceptions, current,
unbound journals do not circulate; bound journals may be checked out.
