| On the first and third Friday of each month, newly cataloged
library materials are placed on display in the recent acquisitions area
and remain on display for two weeks. In addition to new books, current newspapers,
newly received journals and auction catalogs for upcoming sales are also
housed in the recent acquisitions area. Bibliographic records for all items
in the recent acquisitions area are included in the library's online public
access catalog. The library staff also mounts displays of books related
to current exhibitions and museum events in this space. |
