For those devotees of the incomparable Burlington Magazine we have good news! As you are no doubt aware the Burlington Magazine has been available in JSTOR for some time, but, due to a publisher embargo, the last five years of issues have been withheld. However, beginning in January 2015 the publishers of the Burlington Magazine have made the most current issues available full-text on their website to subscribers only.
Due to the importance of the Burlington Magazine to scholars of art history Ingalls Library has made the decision to upgrade our subscription to include the most current issues. Issues on the website include those from 2009 to the present; issues in JSTOR include all issues from the very first published in 1903 through 2009. Between these two platforms Ingalls Library can offer access to every single issue!
To view the most current five years of issues starting with November 2009 go to the catalog record here to find the link, or go to the library homepage at and choose the Databases A-Z link. Click on Burlington Magazine from the list.
To view all issues between 1903 and October 2009 go to the same catalog record here to find the link, or go to the library homepage and choose the E-Journals A-Z list. Click on Burlington Magazine in the B’s.
