Museum archives staff maintain and update the database. It includes exhibitions planned by CMA staff, traveling exhibitions initiated by other museums and CMA, and exhibitions planned by the education department and held in gallery space devoted primarily to educational purposes. It does not include exhibitions planned for and circulated in local schools and libraries by the museum's extensions department, unless they were also shown at the museum.
